What level of fitness is required to start?  

There is no level of fitness required to start. If health and wellness are relatively new concepts, we recommend beginning with our Healthy Lifestyle Transformation Program. This personalized, step-by-step program focuses on making small, healthy modifications to your current lifestyle and developing habits that enhance your overall health. Once you feel ready, we can introduce regular exercise into your routine. For those who are already working out and want to advance their fitness journey or have specific fitness goals, our Online Personal Training & Healthy Lifestyle Transformation Program is recommended.

Can I switch plans if my goals change?

Yes! Many of our clients have progressed from our Healthy Lifestyle Transformation to incorporating personal training.

Are meal plans included in the coaching?

We offer personalized nutritional guidance for balanced nutrition.

What should I expect for my first session? 

This first hour, we take the time to understand you, your current lifestyle, health history, and your goals for this journey. This process helps us tailor a program that fits your unique needs to set you up for success!
